Welcome to Tahli Mental Health Services — a space for healing, reflection, and growth.
Tahli is the Punjabi name for the Sheesham tree (Indian Rosewood/Dalbergia sissoo), known for its deep roots, generous shade, connection with the land, and restorative qualities. For me, it also carries personal meaning, it is the name of my ancestral village, symbolizing continuity, belonging, and resilience across generations.

With a doctorate in Psychology and a rich background spanning clinical, research, and academic settings across multiple countries (including Canada, Malaysia, Australia, and Pakistan), I bring over a decade of experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

I am here to help you find solutions for your problems related to domestic violence, abuse (sexual, emotional, cultural, religious), discrimination, acculturation stress and struggles with identity, as well as anxiety and mood disorders.
