About Us
Tahli Mental Health Services
Tahli Mental Health Services provides psychological assessment and treatment services, including comprehensive assessments for adult ADHD, PTSD/trauma, OCD, panic, and other mental health concerns, along with psychotherapy and services related to workplace injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA – SABS).
Our work is grounded in providing structured, evidence-based care while remaining responsive to each individual’s context, needs, and lived experiences.
Our Approach
We take an integrative and clinically grounded approach to care. Services are informed by evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), DBT-informed approaches, and trauma-informed models. Where appropriate, psychological assessment and treatment are connected through a shared clinical understanding, allowing for clear formulation, targeted intervention, and meaningful outcomes.
